Pricing Terms:

· *Rates may be higher for July, August, select holidays and special events in the area.  Call or email for an exact quote for your stay.

· PAYMENT POLICY: $500 Payment required to hold the reservation.  First month rent is due 15 days before arrival.  If arrival is less than 15 days away than 100% payment is required to reserve the loft.

· CANCELLATION POLICY: Once the reservation is made and confirmed, no refunds will be given, as we will be turning away other people for your reserved dates.  Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will only lose deposit.

· 5% discount if renting more than one loft
